Municipality of Yerevan proposes the entities implementing investment projects in the sphere of urban development to participate in the following urban development programs.



“Victory Garden” - reconstruction
and renovation

Reconstruction of Erebuni-museum and fortress
RA,Yerevan, Erebuni administrative district





“Noyland” creation of archeological, historical & travel centre
RA,Yerevan, area neighboring to Dalma gardens


“Artcity”- creation of art and tourism centre.
RA,Yerevan, area neighboring to Dalma gardens  



“Hayas”-creation of
micro-district


Construction of econom class hotel complex (3 stars)
RA,Yerevan, crossing of Miasnikyan and Armenakyan streets.
