100 million drams for Stepanakert
During the special meeting of the Council of Elders held on October 6, it was unanimously determined to disburse AMD 100 million from the reserve fund of the budget planned for 2020 for the capital activities to be carried out in the capital of Artsakh – Stepanakert.
“We are at war and our victory is out of question. Let everyone feel certain that we will restore all infrastructures in the cities and villages damaged by the enemy, and to make it come true we must work hard”, stressed the Mayor.
By another decision of the Council the amount of AMD 1 milliard 825 million has been disbursed for purchasing 100 new buses within the frames of “Transport system modernization” program.
