Currently about 126000 people live in Erebuni administrative district. According to the head of the district Arman Abrahamyan, weekly citizens’ receptions play and important role in the communication with residents. “Owing to direct communication with citizens you get better aware with the problems of their concern. There are cases when the issues raised by citizens are beyond the powers of the administrative district, but we try to help and re-address those issues to corresponding establishments”, said Arman Abrahamyan. One of the priority problems in Erebuni district is bad condition of sewage system, in some places its absence. The dwellers also complain about improper work of condominiums. The head of the district assured that they are going to apply consistent, systematic approach to this issue. He attached particular importance to formation of successful system of management for providing regular and effective activity of the staff as only in this case it is possible to provide rapid response to citizens’ problems.
