365 children have set off to sport and health camps
Within the frames of the annual program of the RA Government and with the assistance of Yerevan Municipality 356 children from needy families, orphans, children of the fallen or disabled servicemen, as well as children from Syrian Armenian families spend their summer holidays in sport and health camps of Hanqavan and Tsaghkadzor. Today in the morning the heads of administrative districts, the head of General Education Department of the Municipality Anna Stepanyan and the employees of Social Welfare Department saw the children off to the camps. The children were granted sportswear and other things. The first group of children will come back on July 8. The comfortable buses which take the children (7-13 years old) will be escorted by the cars of the Road Police. All necessary conditions have been provided for children in 5 sport and health camps.
By the instruction of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan the heads of administrative districts and persons in charge of the Municipality will visit the children in the camps and on the spot familiarize themselves with the conditions provided for children’s recreation.
