To get acquainted with the problems of residents’ concern and to respond the raised issue as soon as possible, the heads of two departments every working day conduct personal receptions of residents in accordance with the established schedule. The heads of administrative districts receive residents every Thursday from 14.00 till 16.00. On July 24 Mayor Taron Margaryan unexpectedly visited districts of Avan and Ajapnyak and listened to the residents in person.
Besides communal –household and social issues the residents also presented their proposals to the Mayor. Familiarizing himself with their problems and proposals Taron Margaryan once again stressed that direct communication with the residents will be regular. “This is another occasion to get acquainted with the problems of our residents, to find solutions and to see how the heads of districts communicate with the citizens”, said Taron Margaryan and added that from the point of view of providing rapid solutions to the problems such method of work is successful.
The residents in their turn thanked the Mayor saying that the feedback between the city authorities and citizens is necessary as it gives positive results. The Mayor instructed the heads of administrative districts and persons in charge to work systematically to regulate the issues and find solutions within short terms.
