The regular meeting of the Council of Trustees of the foundation took place in National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia and was chaired the Mayor of Yerevan, the Presidents of the Council of Trustees of “NUACA” foundation Taron Margaryan. During the discussion of the issue on the agenda referring to the election of the Rector of “NUACA” it was mentioned that one candidate had applied for the post of the rector within the determined time-Gagik Galstyan who was the Acting Rector of the University. Presenting the members of the Council brief conception of development of the University Gagik Galstyan said that expanding the frames of international cooperation the University will go on realization of all outlined programs and keeping the achievements gained in the sphere of science and education is going to provide qualified specialists to be in demand on the market.
By the close voting of the 30 members of the Council of Trustees of the foundation Gagik Galstyan was unanimously elected rector of “NUACA” foundation.
Summarizing the regular meeting of the Council Taron Margaryan congratulated Gagik Galstyan on the being elected Rector of the University and assured once again that the Municipality of Yerevan will go on doing it best within its powers to assist in solving the problems of the University and support in the realization of programs.
