International Children’s Day in Azatutyan square
On the initiative of Yerevan Municipality, the Azatutyan (Freedom) square was full of events dedicated to the International Day of Children’s Protection.
The traditional chalk drawing was thematic: children were drawing heroes of H. Tumanyan’s fairytales. The authors of the best 20 pictures got prizes. The event was accompanied with a concert program. The presentation of “Mary Poppins in Yerevan” musical staged by the State Song Theater was also held in Azatutyan square.
