The draft decisions on the five-year program of development and the development program for 2020, as well as the draft decisions on the budget, local duties rates will be submitted to the Council of Elders to be discussed.

During the meeting of the Council for five-year development program and the annual budget of the city, Deputy Mayor Hayk Sargsyan presented the results of public discussions. It was mentioned that open public hearings were held on November 27 and the representatives of public organizations and resident participated in them. A number of proposals were received by the Municipality in a written form.
The Deputy Mayor also noted that the proposals related to the sphere of housing and communal facilities will be included in the programs of 2020 or 2021.
