Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan is awarded with the title of Honorary resident of Chartar
Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan and Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan were present at the main event dedicated to Chartar town day.Within the frames of the event organized in Chartar Chamber of Culture and Sport after Sevak Ghukasyan the history of Chartar was presented. The festive event was accompanied by folk dances and songs.
During the solemn ceremony, for the contribution to Chartar development Mayor of Chartar Arthur Aghabekyan awarded Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan with the title of Hononrary resident of Chartar. Expressing gratitude for appreciation Mayor Taron Margaryan assured that the cooperation established between Yerevan and Chartar will be strong and expanded ensuring long-term development.
For effective cooperation between Yerevan and Chartar Mayor Taron Margaryan awarded Chartar Mayor Arthur Aghabekyan with Yerevan Mayor's Gold medal.
During the festive event awarded the title of Honorary resident of Chartar to the head of Avan administrative district of Yerevan Manvel Javadyan. The Member of RA Parliament Robert Sargsyan was awarded with the thanksgiving diploma of the Mayor of Chartar.
It should be noted that on the event of the festival singers and dance groups arrived from Yerevan which will congratulate the residents of Chartar with their concert program ''Yerevan is greeting''.
The festive events went on till late evening.
