In the period from 15 to 20 of May, 73 messages were received through the social media network and e-mail of Yerevan Municipality and administrative districts. 53 messages got appropriate solutions, the rest 20 ones are being processed.
The majority of the issues related to the sphere of communal services, to the activity of the Municipality staff including the “hot lines”, participation in citizens’ reception, to the format of applying to the Municipality.
The social media users were interested in the activities carried out within the frames of “Clean Yerevan” program.
