In the period from 20 to 24 of February 61 messages were receives through social network pages and e-mails of Yerevan Municipality and administrative districts. 57 of the messages got correspondning solutions, 4 ones are being processed.
The main part of the issues related to snow cleaning, communal services, social welfare, education. A number of the issues also related to the activity of Yerevan Municipality including “Hot lines”, participation in citizens' reception, the format of applications to the Municipality.
