Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan expressed condolences to Saint Petersburg Governor Georgi Poltavchenko in connection with the explosions occurred in Saint Petersburg Underground on April 3. The address in particular said,” I express sincere condolences on behalf of Yerevan residents and on my own behalf to you and to all the residents of the northern capital of the RF in connection with the victims caused by the explosion in Saint Petersburg Underground.
