About 17 000 trees, 2000 bushes and 20 000 rose bushes will be planted in the capital during tree planting action
At the initiative of Yerevan Municipality the citywide tree planting was started in the capital. Yard areas, parks and squares have been replenished with new trees and bushes.
State establishments, educational and health institutions, private and public organizations as well as numerous townspeople responded to Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan's urge to take part in the citywide tree planting action. During the action about 17 000 trees, 2000 bushes and 20 000 rose bushes will be planted. New trees and bushes correspond to the climate conditions of Yerevan and have high vitality rate.
