The Day of Knowledge in the administrative districts of Yerevan
On the instruction of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan the heads of the administrative districts of the capital visited the schools subordinated to the Municipality on the event of the Day of Knowledge and Education. In all general education schools the new academic year was started with festive events during which the address of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan was read.
The heads of the administrative districts congratulated schoolchildren especially those who went to the first form and urged them to do well so that in the future the knowledge they got at school contributes to the development and prosperity of the country.
According to the data, 11260 first-form pupils attend the schools subordinated to the Municipality.
