During the working meeting in the City Hall referring to preparation for festive events dedicated to Yerevan foundation day-“Erebuni-Yerevan 2799”, Yerevan Mayor Taron Margarine assigned the head of the Municipality Department of External Design and Advertising, as well as “Yerqaghluys” company to start festive decoration and illumination of the squares, main avenues and streets of the capital.
“Erebuni-Yerevan” is a holiday not only for Yerevanians but also for the Armenians worldwide and this fact means additional responsibility for each of us to provide festive mood in the capital. During the recent years the flows of tourists increase on these days which is another stimulus to present Yerevan properly to the guests. Thus, maintain the external decoration of the capital to be over on time”, said Taron Margaryan.
