At the 2nd meting of the 3rd session of Yerevan Council of Elders which was chaired by Mayor Taron Margaryan, the Council was submitted the draft decision on giving land tax privilege in the current year to “Simonyan” educational foundation located in the land plot in the park after Tumanyan at 2,Halabyan street. The head of Revenue Accounting and Taxation of Yerevan Municipality Armen Harutyunyan explained the necessity of taking this decision with the large-scale activities aimed at the improvement and preservation of the park carried out by “Simonyan” educational foundation in this area during the previous years and in 2017, as well as taking into account the role and significance of the educational programs carried out by “TUMO” center. Taking into account the mentioned above explanation Yerevan Council of Elder too the decision to give the privilege on land tax to “Simonyan” educational foundation.
