In the period from October 30 to November 5 42 letters were received via social media web-sites and e-mail of Yerevan Municipality and administrative districts. 40 of the letters got corresponding solutions, 2 are being processed. The majority of the issues related to communal services, improvement,urban development,social welfare, nature protection,trade,education and the activity of Yerevan Municipality.
In the reported period 413 letters were received in connection with “Clean Yerevan” program.
