On April 14, Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan arrived in Stepanakert to have a meeting with the President of Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan. The Mayor of Stepanakert David Sargsyan participated in the meeting as well. They discussed the issues related to cooperation expansion between the two Armenian capitals.
Before his visit to Artsakh, Mayor Marutyan instructed corresponding subdivisions of the Municipality of Yerevan to work out the three-year program of cooperation between Yerevan and Stepanakert.
