Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan met with the Minister of Moscow Government, the head of the Department of Foreign Economic Cooperation ad International Relations Sergey Cheryomin who is in Yerevan with the aim of participation in the 6th Armenian-Russian Regional Forum and in the 2nd International Forum of Eurasian Partnership.
Greeting the guest and highly appreciating the friendship and partnership established between the two capitals Mayor Taron Margaryan stressed the importance of deepening and strengthening bilateral relationship.
“The expansion of cooperation programs with Moscow is one of our important directions and I am sure that the established business environment will go on developing providing longevity of joint programs. I am sure that joining our efforts we will give a new impulse to strengthening and expansion of the cooperation between the two capitals “, said Taron Margaryan and taking the opportunity conveyed his greeting to Moscow Mayor Segey Sobyanin.
In his turn conveying Mayor Taron Margaryan the greetings of Moscow Mayor the Minister of Moscow Government, the head of Foreign Cooperation and International Relations Department Sergey Cheryomin expressed gratitude for warm welcome and stressed that Moscow also highly appreciates the cooperation with Yerevan.
Within the frames of the meeting the parties exchanged opinions in the issues related to holding Yerevan Days in Moscow and signing the new program of cooperation between Yerevan and Moscow.
