Mayor Taron Margaryan visits the rehabilitation center for servicemen being built in Yerevan
Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan and the RA Minister of Defence Vigen Sargsyan accompanied by the Rector of Yerevan State Medical University Armen Muradyan visited the hospital complex N1 “Heratsi” and familiarized themselves with the process of construction of the rehabilitation center being built in Yerevan for the servicemen got craniocerebral and spinal injuries during their military services.
At the initiative of “Assistance to injured servicemen and disabled servicemen” NGO the construction of the center is carried out with the assistance of the RA President Serzh Sargsyan as well as the RA Ministry of Defence, the National Assembly of RA, Yerevan Municipality and numerous benefactors.
Yerevan Mayor and the Minister of Defence toured about the area of the center, familiarized themselves with the process of construction, conditions and services offered by the project. The rehabilitation center will be provided with modern rehabilitation equipment and will be the only one in the region with its facilities.
Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan assured that Yerevan Municipality will show appropriate assistance in the issue of well-arrangement of the year area of the center.
