Greeting the guests David Ohanyan noted that Yerevan Municipality attaches importance to international cooperation of Yerevan and administrative districts of the capital in various spheres of urban economy. Deputy Mayor also stressed that the cooperation was effective particularly with the cities and tons of France which is based on the high level of Armenian-French relationship.

“With the Memorandum on cooperation signed in 2012 between Draguignan commune and administrative district Malatia-Sebastia our relationship certainly became more active. But today our bilateral relationship were given a new impulse”, said David Ohanyan adding that Yerevan Municipality is ready to promote interaction development in various spheres of urban economy, particularly in the sphere of tourism.
Expressing gratitude for warm welcome the Mayor of Draguignan Richard Strambio noted that he was impressed with Yerevan and with the positive changes which had made the city more attractive both for residents and the guests of the capital.
“We attach importance to cooperation development and implementation of joint project. We hope that the Charter of Friendship which will soon be signed with Malatia Sebastia administrative district will give a new impulse to our fifteen-year cooperation”, said Richard Strambio.
During the meeting the parties made an agreement to activate bilateral visits to implement new team projects.
