On August 29-30 the 38th traditional Septemberfest was marked in the first sister-city of Yerevan Carrara, Italy. The head of the Department of Foreign Relations of the Municipality David Gevorgyan who took part in the event on behalf of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan conceyed the Mayor of Carrara Angelo Zubbani the greeting address of the Mayor of Yerevan in which he wished welfare to the residents of Carrara and expressed confidence that the 40-year-old cooperation between Yerevan and Carrara is to become more developed and expanded.
Expressing gratitude for taking part in the event and for congratulations the Mayor of Carrara stressed that the willingness and efforts of Yerevan Mayor aimed at cooperation expansion are noticeable and Angelo Zubbani conveyed his gratitude to his Yerevan colleague for it.
During the meeting the head of the Department of Foreign Relations of the Municipality of Yerevan conveyed the Mayor of Carrara the invitation of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan to take part in the celebration of “Erebuni-Yerevan 2796”. Having thanked for the invitation Angelo Zubbani who had taken part in Yerevan’s holiday the previous year assured that this year the delegation of Carrara will also take part in the celebration.
