The Charter of Friendship was signed between Malatia Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan and Draguignan commune of France. The document was signed by the deputy head of Malatia Sebastia district Valery Manvelyan and the Mayor of Draguignan commune Richard Strambio.

The Charter of Friendship envisages development of bilateral cooperation and friendly ties in the spheres of mutual interest, in particular, in the spheres of culture, social welfare, economy, sport and tourism.
The parties expressed hope that the signed document would promote further activation and expansion of the successful cooperation established in 2002.
