During the weekly working meeting in the City Hall, following the RA Government suggestion on organizing the pan-republican clean-up action on May 27, Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan instructed the deputy mayors, the Department of Communal Services and the heads of administrative districts to organize a citywide clean-up action in the capital. The persons in charge were also instructed to ensure active participation of the Municipality staff and the staffs of municipal establishments as well as involve interested organizations and the private sector in the event providing them with necessary appliances if necessary. The Department of Communal Services was also instructed to supervise the process so that the collected wastes were removed to the dumps on time.
