Within the frames of Yerevan days in Saint Petersburg held from 6 to 8 of September, at the initiative of Yerevan Municipality department of development and investment programs and the committee for entrepreneurship and consumption market development of Saint Petersburg the round table was organized with the participation of Armenian and Russian entrepreneurs. Greeting the participants of the working meeting the head of Yerevan Municipality department of development and investment programs Tigran Sargsyan noted that the meeting in such a format gives a fine opportunity for the entrepreneurs fro Armenia to present their production to the representatives of big trade networks of Saint Petersburg and to familiarize on the spot with the activity if Saint Petersburg enterprises.

During the meeting organized in the Chamber of Trade and Industry of Saint Petersburg the issues related to investment directions of priority interest in Yerevan. Particularly the investment packages and proposals of Yerevan Municipality which might interest the private sector were presented. The head of Yerevan Municipality department of development and investment programs outlined that Yerevan Municipality attaches importance to implementation of joint programs with the private sector and stressed that in this regard there is also willingness to establish mutually beneficial cooperation. It was outlined that at the present serious steps are being taken in Yerevan to attract investments and improve business environment. Tigran Sargsyan also met with the representatives of investment committee of Saint Petersburg.
