During the working visit to Nor Nork district Mayor Taron Margaryan accompanied by the head o the district visited to building site where the segment o the road continuing Vilnyus street which is to connect the 8th living quarter to the 9th quarter is going on. This road was planned to be constructed in the Soviet period but today it is being built within the frames of pre-election promises of the Mayor.

The persons in charge presented the Mayor the current stage of the work and noted that 2 drainages are to be placed on both sides of the road to provide rain water discharge. According to the design the new road segment is to be of 537 m length and 8-11 m width. The Mayor instructed to set close control over the quality of the work. «The residents of this part had to take use the main road to move from the 8th quarter to the 9th one. The plan of this area provided for to continue this road and have anew alternative one. During the meetings with the residents this problem was raised several times and in our program of building and improvement of 2014 we included this process which will significantly relieve the traffic”, said Mayor Taron Margaryan.
