As a result of inspections carried out in July by Yerevan Municipality Department of Communal Services and corresponding services of administrative districts of the capital, within the frames of the treaty signed between Yerevan Municipality and ‘Sanitek” company, numerous cases of inappropriate implementation of the services fixed in the treaty have been revealed.
In this regard “Sanitek” company was sent “Notifications on compliance” and reasonable terms for elimination of defects were determined. Taking into account that not in all cases the defects were timely eliminated, in accordance with the treaty the notification “On noncompliance of services” was made up and a penalty of AMD 12.000.377 was set in determined order for July.
“Sanitek” company has been warned that in case of noncompliance of services in accordance with the treaty stricter measures will be applied.
