212 phone calls were received by the hot lines of Yerevan Municipality during the period from 3 to 9 of April. 187 of the issues raised by the citizens got solutions the rest 25 ones are being processed. 65 phone calls were received by the hot lines of administrative districts. 53 of these calls were given appropriate solutions, the rest 12 ones are being processed.
