Phone calls received by “hot lines” are at the focus of attention

From July 3 to 9, 262 phone calls were received by the “hot lines” functioning in Yerevan Municipality. 230 problems raised by the citizens got appropriate solutions, the rest 32 ones are being processed.
By the “hot lines” functioning in administrative districts staff 72 calls were received, 64 of which got solutions, the rest 8 ones are being processed.
