From 23 to 29 of October 145 phone calls were received by the hot lines functioning in Yerevan Municipality. 134 issues raised by the residents got corresponding solutions, the rest 11 ones are being processed.
By the hot lines functioning in the staffs of administrative districts 79 phone calls were received. 75 of them got solutions, the rest 4 ones are being processed.
