In the period from November 27 to December 3 155 phone calls were received via “hot lines” functioning in Yerevan Municipality. 135 of the raised issues got corresponding solutions the rest 20 ones are being processed.
Via the “not lines” functioning in the staffs of administrative districts 72 phone calls were received. 67 of them got solutions the rest 5 ones are being processed.
