Phone calls received via “hot lines” are at the focus of attention

In the period from 5 to 11 of March 171 phone calls were received via “hot lines” functioning in Yerevan Municipality. 122 of the issues raised by the citizens got appropriate solutions, the rest 59 ones are being processed.
Via the “Hot lines” functioning in the staffs of administrative districts 27 calls were received. 22 of them got solutions the rest 5 ones are being processed.
