Phone calls received via “hot lines” are at the focus of attention

220 phone calls were received via “hot lines” functioning in Yerevan Municipality from 12 to 18 of March. 196 of the issues raised by the citizens got appropriate solutions, the rest 24 ones are being processed.
65 phone calls were received via “hot lines” functioning in the staffs of administrative districts. 47 of the issues were given solutions, 18 ones are being processed.
