Within the frames of the presentation of annual reports on the work done by the heads of administrative districts Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan had a meeting with the staff of Nubarashen administrative district. During the meeting the head of Nubarashen district Arthur Kirakisyan presented the brief report on the work done in the district in 2017, the achievements and plans for 2018. Referring to the work done in various spheres Arthur Kirakosyan noted that all the programs scheduled were completed timely. As an achievement of the district Arthur Kirakosyan pointed out yard improvement activities, creation of new entertainment centers, improvement of the central park, renovation of educational and cultural centers as well as expansion of external lighting network which had been expected by the residents for years. Active social, cultural and sport cooperation was developed with the districts of Arstakh, RA provinces and foreign partner cities. 

Speaking about the plans for 2018 Arthur Kirakosyan noted that by the initiative of Yerevan Mayor, this year a new kindergarten will be put into operation which can be attended by 130 children. Besides, within the scope of the program of the RA Government and the Asian Development Bank the school n95 after Gh.Alishan will be overhauled.
“Mister Mayor, all the programs implemented in various spheres of urban economy in Nubarashen district were really important and expected by the residents. Within the conception of proportional development brought up by you, after many-year interval Nubarashen residents saw and felt everyday consistent and caring work. I assure you that our team is ready to go on implementation of all the programs brought up by you for 2018 and aimed at providing convenient conditions for Nubarashen residents”, said Arthur Kirakosyan.
Totally giving positive estimate to the work done by the district Mayor Taron Margaryan outlined the construction of the new dump and isolation of the old one stressing that this problem existing for years will be settled too.
“One of our priorities is settlement of the problem of the dump which has worried the residents of Nubarashen for years and has become a chronic problem for Yerevan. Construction of the new dump and isolation of the old one, sorting of wastes and recycling are among our priority tasks. And today we can announce that in near years we will completely settle it. After announcing the international competition we will inform the public of the firm terns of starting the construction of the dump and its completion”, said the Mayor.
Referring to the realization of the problems of social significance Yerevan Mayor instructed to pay particular attention to their targeted performance and to come up with new proposals.
“During the recent years Yerevan Municipality has been implementing various programs of social significance which have become really awaited by the residents. Relieving the problems of the residents and showing necessary support to them have been and are still our priority tasks. So, my requirement of the staff is to be more initiative, creative and to come up with new proposals of social significance”, said the Mayor and instructed to do everything possible to strengthen and increase the achievements they already have.
