Some of the ambulances allotted by the Government of China will be operated in Yerevan
The Government of the People’s Republic of China allotted 200 ambulances furnished with up-to-date equipment to the Republic of Armenia. 49 of these cars have been allotted to Yerevan, the rest ones- to the RA marzes.
The acting Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan David Ohanyan, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the PRC to Armenia H.E. Tian Erlong, the RA Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan, other officials, guests were present at the official ceremony of granting the cars. 42 of ambulance cars granted by the PRC Government to Yerevan will be put into operation since 2019, and other 7 cars will be stored. So, instead of the 35 ambulances operated in Yerevan now the calls will be served by 42 ones.
