Protocol on termination of powers of the member of Yerevan Council of Elders Alen Simonyan

Following Paragraph 95 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, Paragraph 20 part 1 point 5 and part 4 of the Law “On the local self-governance in the city of Yerevan” and the protocol; N 6 of the Central Electoral Commission of the RA dated May 16,2018 “On giving the mandate of the NA Deputy elected and terminated his powers to the subsequent candidate in the N4 election list of “Yelk” alliance of parties who received maximal votes”, the powers of the member of the Council of Elders Alen Simonyan are terminated.
