Within the frames of “Yerevan summer 2018” program of three-month events the 5th international festival of modern art and spiritual films ‘Fresco” has started in the area adjacent to Swan’s Lake. This year the festival is held under the motto “Humanitarian messages of “Fresco” to the world”.
The head of Yerevan Municipality Department of culture Ruben Hovhannisyan was present at the opening ceremony.
“Fresco” festival is the joint project of “Tsiatsan” (:Rainbow”) NGO and “Formika Production” initiated with the assistance of Yerevan Municipality and the Ararat Patriarchal Diocese. This year, of the thousand applications 28 ones from 13 countries were selected for the festival. The films are presented in 7 nominations: the best messages “Faith”, “Hope”, “Love”, “Peace”, “Courage”, “Humanity”. “Patriotism”.
It should be noted that film show-discussions, concert programs and master classes are organized within the scope of the festival in the area of Swan’s Lake and in the halls nearby.
The 5th international festival “Fresco” lasts till July 1.
