Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan hosted H.E. Ms Lynne Tracy, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USA to the Republic of Armenia.

Greeting the guest Mayor Marutyan expressed his satisfaction with the process of implementation and the results of the programs existing between Yerevan Municipality and the US Embassy. Hayk Marutyan also expressed willingness to do his best to contribute to the development and expansion of the programs.

In her turn Ambassador Lynne Tracy noted that the US goes on supporting the process of local self-governance development in Armenia.”I was glad to have the occasion of meeting you and restating the willingness of the US Embassy to collaborate with the city of Yerevan”, said the US Ambassador to Armenia.

The interlocutors discussed a number of directions of cooperation.
