During the weekly working meeting Mayor Taron Margaryan was reported that the activity of the funds subordinated to administrative districts had been considered and all necessary measures to stop their activity were taken. In particular, to liquidate the funds established by former district communities of Arabkir, Davtsahen and Kentron in correspondence with the RA Law “On funds” appropriate applications have already been sent to court. It was already reported that the activity of the funds located in the buildings of the rest administrative districts was stopped too. Mayor Taron Margaryan instructed to set rigid control over the process of organization and finishing of the procedure determined by law.
“Set tight control so that the process of liquidation of these funds was completed in accordance with the order and time determined by law. Take measures to cease the activity of the funds established by individuals or organizations which function in the buildings where administrative districts staffs are located. Let them carry on their activity somewhere else, but not in administrative buildings”, said Taron Margaryan.
During the working visit it was also reported that in accordance with the Mayor’s instruction, corresponding working group carries on activities aimed at the creation of the unified database for leasing land plots and property and construction. It was also reported that the list of Yerevan-owned property for 2017 had been already made and the draft decision of its confirmation will be submitted at the coming session of the Council of Elders of Yerevan.
