During the working meeting in the City Hall which was chaired by the First Deputy Mayor, acting Mayor of Yerevan Kamo Areyan it was reported that renovation of the entries and roofs of blocks of flats is going on in accordance with the schedule. It was instructed to keep the quality of work under control involving the dwellers of the blocks of flats to the process of supervision.
Referring to the problem of repairing of damaged balconies which was included in the program of the current year, Kamo Areyan once again reminded that the balconies belong to flat owners therefore they are obliged to provide the repairing. However taking into account the fact that not all residents can afford to repair their balconies Yerevan Municipality expressing its good will annually disburses financial means for this program. It was also instructed to keep under permanent control the process of realization.
At the meeting it was also reported that strict control is carried on in all administrative districts so a to exclude cases of bathing in artificial basins. It was instructed to carry on explanatory activities among population in teamwork with Yerevan Department of the RA Police.
It was also reported that on July 8, 425 children went the sport and health camps of the country with the second shift. This year totally 1215 children from 12 administrative districts of the capital will spend their summer holidays in sport and health camps.
All the persons in charge of the departments and divisions of Yerevan Municipality were instructed to visit the camps in person and to familiarize themselves with the conditions provided for children.
