“Hot line” phone calls are at focus of attention

From 10 to 16 of April 213 phone calls were received through the “hot lines” functioning in Yerevan Municipality. 186 problems raised by the citizens got corresponding solutions, the rest 27 ones are being settled.
Through the “hot lines” functioning in administrative districts 79 calls were received. 69 of them got solutions the rest 12 ones are being processed.
