Phone calls received via “hot lines” are at the focus of attention02.02.2018
In the period for 22 to 28 of January 128 phone calls were received via “hot lines” functioning in Yerevan Municipality. 188 issues raised by the citizens got corresponding solutions the rest 10 ones are being processed.
Via the “hot lines” functioning in the staffs of administrative district 39 phone calls were received,35 of which got solutions and the rest 4 are being processed.
