Phone calls received via “hot lines” are at the focus of attention

From 5 to 11 of February, 129 phone calls were received via “hot lines” functioning in Yerevan Municipality. 108 of the problems raised by the citizens got relevant solutions, the rest are being processed.
45 phone calls were received via the “hot lines” functioning in the staffs of administrative districts. 38 of the got solutions, the rest 7 ones are being processed.
