Phone calls received via “hot lines” are at the focus of attention
240 phone calls were received via “hot lines” functioning in Yerevan Municipality from 9 to 15 of April. 212 of the issues raised by the citizens got appropriate solutions, the rest 28 ones are being processed.
60 phone calls were received via “hot lines” functioning in the staffs of administrative districts. 47 of the issues were given solutions, 13 ones are being processed.
