I deeply upset to get informed about the demise of the RA People’s Artist, Honorary Citizen of Yerevan, eminent director Alexander Grigoryan. Being the artistic director of Yerevan State Russian Drama Theater after K. Stanislavsky, with his great devotion to the art of drama Alexander Grigoryan for many years contributed to enrichment and activation of cultural life o the capital. His stage production was highly appreciated by theater critics and the public. It is a big loss for drama art and culture in general. Alexander Grigoryan will stay in our memory forever.
I wish to express my deep condolences to the family, relatives, colleagues and friends of Alexander Grigoryan, as well as to all worshippers of his art.
