During the period from April 3 to 7 43 letters were received by means of social network and e-mails of Yerevan Municipality and administrative districts. 23 of the letters got appropriate solutions,20ones are being processed.

The majority of the issues relates to the spheres of communal services, improvement and transport. A number of users' questions related to the activity of the Municipality staff including “hot lines”, participation in residents' reception,the format of sending applications to the Municipality.
