“Yerevan summer 2018”: traditional “Talking toy” festival in the capital
Within the scope of Yerevan Municipality “Yerevan summer 2018” program the annual festival “Talking toy” popular with children and their parents started in the park after M. Manushyan. Traditionally a number of puppet masters of Armenia presented their toys at the festival. The head of Yerevan Municipality Department of Culture Ruben Hovhannisyan was present at the event.
During the festival an interesting and funny show was organized with the participation of little singers, children’s favourite characters and clowns. The show was followed by the funny parade of dolls. The children attending the event had the opportunity to wear masks and disguise themselves with natural harmless colouring. One of the most interesting moment of the festival were the open-air puppet shows. Puppet theaters from Yerevan and other places showed new and funny performances.
At the end of the festival the participants will get Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan’s thanksgiving diplomas.
