“Yerevan summer 2018”: contest-festival of young composers dedicated to Aram Khachaturyan’s 115th anniversary
Within the scope of “Yerevan summer 2018” three-month program, on the event of the 115th anniversary of Aram Khachaturyan the 40th annual festival of young composers was traditionally held in the composer’s house-museum. The head of Yerevan Municipality Department of Culture Ruben Hovhannisyan was present at the event.
Pupils of the municipal art and music schools took part in the festival performing the works they had created. Little composers were awarded with Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan’s honorary diplomas and presents.
