The heads of Arabkir, Malatia Sebastian and Erebuni administrative districts of Yerevan who visited Saint Petersburg in the staff of the official delegation headed by Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan met with the heads of Vasileostrovski, Moskovski and Petrogradski districts of Saint Petersburg. Within the frames of the meeting the parties discussed the programs being implemented within the scope of cooperation agreements signed between administrative districts of Yerevan and Saint Petersburg. The cooperation is developed in the field of urban economy management, in social sphere, spheres of health care, culture, education, sport, tourism development and in the direction of establishment economic ties in some other fields. The heads of Yerevan administrative districts, stressing the dynamically developing relationship between the two cities noted that it creates basis for strengthening the mutually beneficial cooperation. The heads of Vasileostrovski, Moskovski and Petrogradski districts of Saint Petersburg in their turn attached importance to strengthening the ties with Yerevan partners said that the visit is a good opportunity to summarize the results of the fulfilled work and to outline future perspectives. The parties stressed the importance of experience and information exchange during the mutual visits which in their turn serves for the welfare of the residents of Yerevan and Saint Petersburg.
