During the discussion organized within the frames of “St Petersburg days in Yerevan” were considered the issues related to reception and consideration of citizens' applications to Yerevan Municipality and staff and to the administration of St Petersburg Governor. Deputies of Staff Secretary of Yerevan Municipality Arthur Karapetyan, Samvel Mertarjyan, the head of Secretariat Arthur Mkrtchyan, the deputy head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Development Mher Aghabekeyan, the head of “Technology Management Center of Yerevan” Sargis Manukyan, the head of the Department of Citizens' Applications of St Petersburg governor Administration Yelena Rudneva and the head of the unit for consideration of general applications of the Department of Citizens' Applications of St Petersburg Governor Administration Svetlana Chernyaeva took part in the discussion.
The discussion was concentrated on three main issues: peculiarities of legal regulation of applications, the work of internet-receptions and e-registration, procession and preparation of responses.
Greeting the members of St Petersburg delegation the deputy Staff Secretary of Yerevan Municipality Arthur Karapetyan noted that at the instruction of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan they worked out and installed the system the main goal of which is to present operative comprehensive responses to citizens' applications. It is aimed and increasing of efficiency and quality of services rendered to citizens and economy entities, as well as at liquidation of administrative obstacles. Thus, the “One window” principle of citizens' servicing was presented in details. It was also noted that since 2012 citizens' applications concerning the quality and timeliness of their servicing in “One window” service have been received in “hot line” regime. Telephone line is used for this purpose.
The head of the unit for consideration of general applications of the Department of Citizens' Applications of St Petersburg Governor Administration Svetlana Chernyaeva presented the process of implementation of the mentioned functions in the Administration of St Petersburg Governor. The parties made an agreement to go on further cooperation and experience exchange.
